    What are the check-in procedures?
    All check in details including property address, lockbox or electronic door code are sent out 48 hours prior to arrival.
    Are linens and towels provided during my stay, what else can I expect?

    The following is a list you can expect at each stay:

    • Bed Linens
    • Laundry detergent
    • Towels (3 sizes)
    • Dishwasher soap
    • Dish towels
    • Soap (Hand, body and hair)
    • Toilet paper and tissues
    • Paper towels
    • Basic kitchen supplies
    What is check-in/check-out time

    Check in: 4:00pm

    Check out: 11:00am

    Early check-in/late check-out may be granted, provided there are no guests arriving upon your departure or leaving prior to your arrival. A request must be submitted during the booking process and is never guaranteed.

    What to do upon checking out
    • Remove all food from fridge
    • Place all trash in exterior garbage bins
    • Load and start dishwasher
    • Close and lock all windows and doors
    • Set thermostat to 23C for AC and 18C for heat
    • Clean the BBQ grill with brush provided
    What are Suite Spot’s rental conditions
    • Strict no smoking policy
    • House Party/Loud music is prohibited
    • Pets are allowed in certain properties with a fee
    Can I request daily housekeeping?
    Daily or mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional charge. The entire property will be cleaned but no linens would be changed. A deeper clean with new linens can also be arrange for an additional cost.

    Who will oversee my property
    You will be assigned a property manager who will oversee the bookings, housekeeping and ongoing maintenance of your home. We are a team of dedicated individuals and you can contact us 24/7 for any questions/concerns on your property.
    Can I view my bookings online
    Yes, all property owners will have a portal in which they can login and have real time access to their reservations.
    When do I get paid
    On every 15th of the month you will receive an owner statement detailing all the reservations and will be paid via direct deposit.
    What is the process when I come and stay personally
    You will login to your owner portal and block as many dates as you desire and Suite Spot will treat you as one of our guests.
    Can I do my own housekeeping?
    No, Suite Spot maintains a high standard for cleaning and need to ensure all guests are provided with our level of quality.
