Renovated condo with superb views of Lake Tremblant and Mont-Tremblant. The unit is composed of 2 closed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room with gas-powered fireplace. It’s a 5-minute car ride from the pedestrian village and its restaurants, shops and cafes. Peaceful and calm while being near the ski resort for winter adventures and mountain bike trails for the summertime.
Summer 2023 Update: following a storm, there was water infiltration in the south wall (hence why it is “opened” and not plastered). It is solely a matter of esthetics, the condo is fully functional and hermetic. The AC has been affected by the infiltration. Two cooling fans have been installed for our summer guests. See last photos for the current state lf the condo. Repair date: August *To be confirmed
Our interaction with our guests is up to them. If they wish to talk to us more concerning tips on things to do and see, it will be our pleasure. If our guest prefer minimal interaction, that’s cool too!
Located in a friendly neighbourhood, this cozy condo is as enjoyable in the summertime as it is in the wintertime. It has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery.
Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village are 6 minutes away from the condo.
Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l’Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (6 minutes away).
The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one parking spot available for you to leave your car.
In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes.
