Sophie had to negotiate some unforeseen circumstances with the building and of course, she could have cancelled our reservation. However, she was proactive in updating us on the circumstances well in advance and aided with our level of comfort given the a/c wasn’t operational. The space was clean, modern and felt like home – without traditional cost-cutting a typical Airbnb will have. We would love to stay here again.
