En général c’était bien. Un peu plus petit de ce que nous nous imaginions mais les enfants se sont bien amuser. Je trouve seulement que de demander de payer les frais pour le chien après avoir payer la réservation n’est pas très honnête en mon sens puisque déjà nous payons beaucoup plus cher pour un endroit qui accepte les animaux.

The property is very nice, the location and the place itself are beautiful. However, the maintenance of the property is really lacking. Upon arrival, we discovered that both kitchen sinks were blocked. We managed to unclog 1, but the second one remained blocked. The property was not clean; the order was very superficial. The temperature was not possible to regulate. Once you closed the bedroom door – you would freeze at night.
A manager could not be reached (we wanted to ask about baby gates). There was only one rug in the kitchen to wash dishes, to clean surfaces, and for all other purposes. There was also only one small roll of very low-quality paper towels available. We could not find extra pillows. So overall – it is good but overpriced for what it offers.

Great location ski in ski out, all amenities were in-line with expectations and there was ample visitor parking spots. However, our sofa bed was broken and 2 of our party members had to sleep on the ground for the 2 nights we booked which was not great. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was good.

Modern and cozy. The layout is great for a large family. Two twin beds downstairs with their own bathroom and separate (very large) shower. Perfect for the kids! Second (main floor) has half bath for all guests off kitchen/family
Room and. Ming bedroom with private full bath. Good for the adult early risers for skiing. Upstairs has three more bedrooms with king beds and full baths. The kitchen table seats probably 10. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. I would return. That said, not all amenities listed work. The fireplace did not work, and was not fixed while we were there. We were told they could not get the gas company to come, but that should be maintained without a guest having to tell them. . I had read it was inoperable in an older review and thought it was just a fluke. The hot tub was gross and we could not use it until that was fixed.

Recommended. The unit is outside the main resort area but accessible via a short, free bus that runs regularly right to the base of the village lift. Unit is modern and clean and pet-friendly. Good parking right next to the front door. Really the only downside is the unit is sort of a walk-out basement on a slope where half the unit (including the 2nd bedroom and both baths) has no windows. We were always searching for the light switches in the dark. The Vrbo photo of bedroom 2 appears artificially bright and really isn’t representative. The kitchen, living and dining areas and bed 1 are really nice and bright with nice views.

Good location with short drive to ski hill. Check in process clear and property manager responsive promptly. Chalet lacking in some kitchen supplies, like no oven mitts or corning ware for example to cook anything in oven. Hot tub nice and well maintained. Chairs in main sitting area pretty uncomfortable and could use some end tables to place drink on. Beds good. Could use extra beach type towels for hot tub. One shower towel provided per person only so if long hair to wrap up was an issue. Cleanliness was okay. The lights by the washer dryer are not working. Lots of space for our family.

L’emplacement de ce chalet est magnifique. Très bien situé.

Le spa avais de l’eau verdâtre alors nous n’en n’avons pas profiter. De plus le couvert du spa était plein de glace sur le dessus et était très difficile à lever.
Le samedi nous avons été obligé de rester au chalet car beaucoup de neige était tombée et personne n’est venu déneigé. Tout comme le balcon autour du chalet…. nous avons dû pelleter nous-même pour avoir accès au balcon de la porte patio.
La journée de notre départ, 2 hommes sont venus à 8am avec une souffleuse pour dégager autour du chalet….. cela nous a tous réveiller.
Habituellement lorsque je loue un chalet de ce prix, j’ai un peu de bois à ma disposition pour le foyer.

Le sofa n’est pas très confortable et le tapis est désuet mais le reste était correct et propre

Beau chalet ,bien situé, la navette très utile mais à besoin de retouche certains tiroirs étaient chancelants, le lit de la chambre des maîtres n’était pas confortable et les coussins du sofa se déplaçaient tout le temps.

If you want to be just outside of the village proper, with beauty views of the hills, this spot is perfect.

First off, the location is great, nice cozy place to stay for a weekend and comfy. We did enjoy the stay but there are a few things to note here. You are not dealing with the owner of the house at all your dealing with a third party! So they are quick at responding to your texts or calls but to get an answer different story, all together. Finding out when your leaving doesn’t work and not convenient.
There is no toaster there, or we couldn’t find it, so you need to bring your own. No instructions for the TV which provided us problems, not the end of the world but it was unplugged and when we tried to connect it the cable didn’t work at all there was an error. This should be checked before anyone arrives and make sure everything is working. After a long day just wanted to unwind a little so a working TV would have been nice/or have someone help fix it right away at least. Like I said great location and nice weekend spot

The home was nice and close to the village. The only downside was that it smelt like a wet dog throughout the house when we initially checked in, and we had to buy candles and Febreze to mask the smell. Additionally, when we first tried using the dishwasher, it wasn’t working, and we had to watch a few YouTube videos on how to play with the settings. Other than that it was a nice place.

Host was responsive however there was no propane and therefore the fireplace did not work. Host advised they were working in it but it did not get resolved. There was only one taxi company that would come to the house and wait times were significant.

Overall, this unit is exactly as described and in a great location on the mountain; however, upon our arrival it was not as great. We were given the wrong key code to enter the unit and had to call numerous times to get the correct code. Also, (the worst part), our condo was not cleaned from the previous tenants. There were used towels on the floor and the sheets from the bed were dirty and bunched. Thankfully, the host was able to get a cleaning team in there an hour or so later. I am rating this stay 4 stars even with the problems we had. Overall the location and pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. If it were not for the initial lack of cleanliness we would be at 5 stars.

We like the house, it was a good size for our family. However it was a little bit far from the slopes.
Also, when we got there, the house was not ready for us. Everything was a mess, bedrooms, kitchen & the bathrooms. We had to wait for over 2 hours to get everything cleaned up.

Place itself was great, big enough for 6 guests however the beds are horrendous specially the queen bed in secondary room. The whole base moves when you turn. We were there for 4 nights and probably only properly slept for 1 night and that was from exhaustion. Everything else was great, no issues but they really need to invest in better furniture. The price we paid we expect slightly higher standards.

Parking and checking in was easy.
We noticed the clutter under the bed right away. A small mattress foam was showing and we noticed a sock and garbage under bed. Found hair in the washroom floor and stains on the living couch pillows. It wasn’t the best first impression.
Other things to note,
-no hair dryer (I don’t know why they don’t provide it but it’s our fault for not checking)
-only 2 sets of hand towels and 1 full sized bath towel plus 1 medium-ish sized towel which was just not enough for two of us
-clutter under the bed and in the closet was not ideal
-a recycle bin would be good to have
The location is great and the host was responsive. The space was big enough for two of us and a small dog. It was easy to check in and out. We paid over 3k for just 2 nights for nye. Overall it was fine but not worth what we paid for.

I hate doing this, but when paying over $500 a night you expect everything to be ideal. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn’t working in the living room and we were not aware of it, and on new years eve that was a big deal for us! And noone helped us and responded 2+ hours later!
The frying pans were not very clean, coffee mugs were chipped (its ikea, you can replace them in a second for few dollars).
Overall, the place was not worth its money, period. I paid $300 a night before for much cozier apartment. If i paid same money I’d never write this bad review.
Sorry, guys. Just do a better job next time. I feel like i was just not lucky

It’s a nice Chalet, great views
The place needs an update ASAP, things were broken in the kitchen, spiderwebs in the house. The mattresses are very uncomfortable!

Hi – It was advertised with a hot tub that is only available in the summer and that was not initially clear in the advertising. The plugs would not hold appliances so CPAP kept plug kept falling out at night and only one plug seemed to work in the kitchen so you had to keep plugging and unplugging the appliances. There were only two wineglasses. For 3k a night it was not a great deal. Some lights were missing light bulbs in the bedroom.

Great place for a quick ski trip. Close proximity to the village and great views of the mountain. The place is a little pricey and outdated, however, I would recommend it for a quick trip.

Great location, can’t beat being right in the center of the action by the lifts and pedestrian village!

I was expecting a lot more for this caliber of rental and for the price. To begin with, there was no “welcome package”, and no instructions on how to work the fireplace, stovetop, front door lock, hot tub, or any other appliances. We were not able to lock the doors or work the fireplace for half of our stay, until someone was available to help us with this. We also did not have any garbage bags, oven mits, or paper towels. These things are basic, and it was quite a burden to go without. Moreover, our outdoor patio was completely covered in cigarette butts. Needless to say, that is repulsive, and made us not want to use the hot tub or outdoor amenities, not knowing if the rest of it was clean. The blinds in the bedroom with bunkbeds is almost falling off, and quite unsettling. Although your staff is very kind, they were very hard to reach. The reception is very poor and the phone lines kept being cutoff. As a matter of fact, it was quite impossible to use our phones at all. I hope there is some way to rectify the unpleasant and very underwhelming experience I had at your Lodge. Looking forward to hearing back.

Great location. We loved that 3 out of the 4 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet friendly!

The location and layout of the apartment is excellent if you are skiing. Parking is very convenient. The bathrooms are updated and roomy. Beautiful views from the window onto the mountain.
The frying pans should be updated as the nonstick coating is scratched and/or burned off on every single pan. It was not safe to used them for cooking. Also some of the pillows are totally flat.

宿指定の薪(1箱6本入り)を法外な50ドルで購入したが、火を付ける道具が何も無かった。
マッチを購入して火を付けたが、15分後に火災報知器が大音量で鳴り響き、すぐに消火せざるを得なかった。
その後暖炉を使うことが出来ず、オーナー（連絡先）にショートメールで相談したが、返信すらなかった。
また、SPAは狭く、予約ページもあるが全く機能していない。

방이 좁다는건 이미 후기를 보고 알고가서 괜찮았으나 숙소가 깨끗하지 않았다.
소파베드를 펼치니 아래 과자부스러기 및 머리카락등 먼지들이 많아 매우 불쾌했고 소파베드용 침구도 깨끗하지 않아 덥기 찝찝했다.
헤어드라이기에도 먼지가 너무 많아 쓰기가 꺼려졌다.
그러나 메인 관광지와의 위치등 도보로 이동가능한 가까운거리에 있어 지리적이점이 매우 돋보였으며, 체크아웃시에도 주차를 할 수 있도록 배려해주는 센스등은 매우 돋보였다.
청결도만 좀더 신경쓴다면 매우 괜찮은 숙소로 숙소 바로 앞이 계곡이라 물소리도 좋았고 난방도 잘되었다.
짐을 펼칠공간이 부족해서 캐리어 2개정도 성인 2명이 묵기 적합한 숙소인것 같다.

Sophie was great host, quick responsive. Had an issue with the door code, after calling her, she fixed it right way. Thank you Sophie 🙂 Place was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, everything is in order. My wife and my son loved the house, especially mountain view from the living room. Although due to rain all during our stay, we couldn’t explore outside much but we had a very relaxing stay in the house. Wish we could stay the place again in our next Mont-Tremblant visit.

I would love to give this suite a strong recommendation: the location is beautiful with an excellent view of the lake, the fireplace was wonderful and it was a perfect place to relax for the weekend. Unfortunately, the mold in the bathroom, together with poor maintenance as well means I cannot give a 5-star rating. This may not affect all of the suites available at the location, but the basement suite I rented requires attention.

So I’m going to say that the property itself is beautiful. The unit, perhaps has not been seen by the owners in a long time or it’s a corporate rental.
The unit is disgusting and requires a professional clean and maintenance. Anywhere there is water there is mold, mouse droppings throughout kitchen cupboards, ac was screaming and leaking so unable to be used, all heat was off master bedroom gets extremely hot, property caked in dust, tv does not have proper functioning remote controls so there is no volume control and power only (tv is super loud), minimal dim lighting.
I would stay in this complex at a unit maintained by someone else. I would not stay in this unit again.

The view
Air conditioning didn’t work the night we arrived and into the next afternoon. It was 77 degrees in the unit!
The staff were unwilling to fix the trouble and we ended up troubleshooting the electrical panel for hours on arrival and the next day! It would’ve been nice if they just sent somebody over and resolve the issue. The staff lacked communications skills in English and it was very frustrating to get a partial credit!
Fireplace ashes were left by the previous users and no detergent for the washing machine.
The upstairs bedroom has a low slanting ceiling, so hitting your head is a high probability!
All in all not a place to stay at if you encounter a problem.
It’s ambiguous as to who really owns these units and a third party agency passes the buck when problems arise .
I would NOT stay here again despite the great view!

The pool and hot tub associated with the condo properties was a good feature. A quick 10-15 min walk to the village was nice. The condo was set up nicely with the basics of what you would need.
The sofa couch is not something for anyone older than 6 to be able to sleep in.
The apartment had multiple warnings of extra fines for quite a few things not doing dishes or garbage and additional cleaning fees but the place wasn’t that clean. Aka There was chips under the couch and coffee table. We had to pay an extra dog fee which we understood until our dog found this food left by prior renters.
No information was provided on where linens where and the Murphy bed was not prepared and we had to search for bed sheets and pillows and blankets. At the nearly same fee as the fairmont we were looking at we weren’t impressed.

Great spot and location. Host was very responsive and willing to work with scheduling tweaks.

Great location near town. End unit that backs onto a beautiful stream.

Condo was well appointed nice.
The booking did not say anything about the heavy construction and dynamiting right in front of the beautiful view. This should be STARED. Due to this the price of rental should of been much lower. Construction started at 6:30am and was very noisy.

Would recommend if you are looking for a budget place. Although “close” to Mont-Tremblant village, it is a steep hill and 30+ min walking, which does not make it really “walkable”. Place is as described in the photos. Nice to have the fireplace and bbq. Carpet is old so if you are allergic you should avoid. Needs some minor maintenance (broken blinds, missing drain nets, burned light bulbs).
Nothing major though but could be looked after better. None was a deal breaker for us.

The place needs to be renovated, especially the kitchen. Very well located, but you must want to walk if you don’t always want to wait for the shuttle.
They don’t accommodate early check in or late check out, even if possible, they just don t want to bother.

Ce n’était pas représentatif des photos, la « maison » qui n’est pas une maison était collée avec pleins d’autres maison et faite sur 3 étages donc tout petit par contre ca avait l’air tres gros sur les photos.
La piscine n’est pas dans la cours c’est plus loin et elle était fermée malgres que ça disait jusqu’au 30 septembre

La vue de la montagne était belle. Le lit était confortable, les draps étaient doux et propres. Il n’y avait presque personne autour au moment de la location, c’était calme. C’est bien équipé.

Le logement était un peu humide (pas beaucoup de circulation d’air, pas de sécheuse pour faire sécher les serviettes et les vêtements mouillés, etc). Je n’ai pas aimé qu’on me téléphone quelques minutes après m’avoir envoyé un courriel avec le guide et les instructions pour savoir si je l’avais bien reçu. On entend le bruit de la circulation en bas de la montagne (les routes) lorsque la porte patio est ouverte, c’est assez bruyant mais les fenêtres et portes fermées, ça va.

It was a good base for a week of cycling. Comfortable but 2 beds 2 baths and no ensuite bath was inconvenient. If you are looking for privacy this is not the floor plan/unit to choose. The spa was an unexpected bonus and very nice.

Only down fall was the fact that there was no activities near cotrage.

Belle emplacement et tranquille. Nous avons eu tout l’espace nécessaire pour notre groupe et le chalet était bien équipé.

On n’a découvert le premier soir un indice qu’il y avait un petit rongeur à l’intérieur, un morceau du spa est tombé à la première utilisation et le dépôt remboursable a été pris 2 semaines avant notre séjour et il est remboursé seulement une semaine plus tard (montant élevé par rapport montant total de la location).

1.On the second floor, so we had to take our bags and stuff up.
2.When raining we should stay inside because the balcony has no rooftop.

El alojamiento es demasiado pequeño y le falta mantenimiento, lo único bueno es la ubicación, por el precio que pagué hubiera preferido algo más amplio.

Quiet and nice place

Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.
L’endroit extérieur est magnifique avec piscines (2), spas, sauna et bain vapeur avec plusieurs chaises pour s’y reposer. La propreté y était exemplaire!
Compte tenu de la chaleur extrême de la semaine, l’association Les Eaux Tremblant à gardé les piscines ouvertes pour la semaine, ce qui nous a vraiment emballés !
Le logement, qu’en a lui, nous a plût dans l’ensemble, mais le temps a fait son œuvre et un petit projet rénovation, afin de mettre cela davantage au goût du jour serait bienvenue.

Very good location, quite place near the ski station (7 minutes walk), very comfortable condo, beds are excellent. We loved are weekend in that condo.

things to improve :
1- there was some electrical outlet that was not working (on the kitchen counter, in one room upstairs). That has to be fixed.
2- The condo in general is very clean. But under the furniture, there is dirt. These places need to be clean once in a while.

Otherwisw, everything was perrfect.

The stay was great!

Somme toutes; Je suis déçu du logement surtout pour le prix payé. Malheureusement, le prix moyen de location à Tremblant est très élevé donc pour 180$ la nuit ce qu’on a trouvé.
Les deux gros points négatifs sont la cuisine et la salle de bain.
La cuisine n’est pas trés fonctionnelle et le comptoir proche du lavabo est en état de décomposition.
La salle de bain en général est très acceptable, mais le bain n’est simplement pas propre. Ce n’est pas invitant de s’y laver; un bon nettoyage du fond en comble y ferait surment énormément de bien.

We had a great stay at this place! Only an 8 min walk from anything you’d want to do in Tremblant. Our only downside was that when we arrived, one of the beds were undone, there weren’t any trash bags, the trash in the bathroom was left behind and we only had a single toilet paper roll. We checked in 3 hours past the check-in time so we weren’t even close to being early. Customer service wasn’t available since it was pretty late when we got there so we called the next morning and they helped us out.
Their customer service is pretty responsive but we only received the trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. the day after our checkin at 4:50ish pm. This was a bit of a turnoff since we had been cooking and putting out trash away in the boxes/bags we had from our groceries… And having to throw out other people’s trash was pretty gross too.
Otherwise I think the location is great and it’s worth trying out!

The unit is old and not clean. The furniture was due for a refresh maybe 5 years ago. The lights in the kitchen over the counter and over the oven were not functional. The ventilators on the ceiling were full of dust and needed to be cleaned. The humidity in this unit is very high to the point it is not comfortable. The refrigerator is old and noisy. The air conditioning unit is also noisy. We saw many spider webs in the condo. All carpets need to be changed and we recommend they change them for wood floor it would keep this place much cleaner. Most doors in the corridor need to be changed. The blinds should be changed too. In a nut shell we will not reserve again through Suite Spot as we are not sure they respect Mt-Tremblant standards. Great location.

Really enjoyed the stay! Super close to all of Mont-Tremblant

The street is a bit hard to find if you don’t have your GPS on! It’s hidden by trees and starts from a big parking lot !!
But the location is perfect. Super quiet, very large rooms and parking in front of the condo.
Enjoyed the screened porch and the gas heater on the balcony is a great idea for fall !
AC would ba a + for the hot and humid summer days, but there is a lot of shade due to the trees…

It was a nice place and good location but need better cleaning. It wasn’t horrible just the floors were very dirty. The Ac was off when we came in so it was hot and it was only one wall unit for the entire place (which is enough but not when it is turned off). The tv didn’t work and before the trip I emailed them about towels and they never responded.
All that said I would stay there again.

It’s a cute place in a fantastic location, but it could use a little TLC in spots. The linens need an update – bedding & towels. Some mold in the bathroom shower. The couch was also very dirty/stained, so we went into town & purchased some blankets to cover it. Overall, it was okay, but for the price & location, expected a bit more.

I’ve stayed here before. It is usually a very nice bnb.
That being said there are ongoing renovations due to water damage that greatly impact the charm and usability of the space. First: I would invite you to look at the very last pictures in the ad to see the ongoing renovations. Second: though it was stipulated the renovations were purely aesthetic, the doors/windows to the balcony were completely boarded up. It was so dark in the bnb, felt claustrophobic, couldn’t see the lake or mountains, couldn’t use the balcony, couldn’t use the bbq/grill. Sophie had someone remove some of the boards so we could actually see outside but the view was partially obstructed the whole time and the balcony was completely off limits. I paid 1098$ for two nights which is clearly way too expensive for the the current state of the premises. Thus, the renos are not purely aethestic – as of right now they have a major impact on the main draw of this unit which is the mountain/lake view and the balcony.

Positive: Sophie is a host with great communication and was very helpful.
Negative: The unit needs some pretty good maintenance in the bathroom, and bedroom.
We didn’t stay as long as intended.

Litterie correct, 2 chambres séparés.

Pour le prix que nous avons payé nous attendions qqch de propre. Drap sales, bord des fenêtres sales, coussins sales, baignoires sales…
Une terrible odeur nauséabonde au sous sol là où il y a des chambres.
Au prix qu’on a payé on aurait pu passé 2 nuits dans un chalet de folie, là on a passé 2 nuits dans une résidence condo, collé aux autres et au terrain de tennis.

The location of the place is excellent; everything is close by, and even taking a walk around the surroundings is fantastic. On the other hand, for families, it is not convenient due to the ongoing construction next to the apartment, especially when there are people on the floor above who do not observe the designated quiet hours. In my case, our last night was dreadful, as the incessant walking and jumping upstairs continued until 3:25 AM, preventing us from getting any sleep. The advertised 24/7 service is not truly operational. Certain aspects could be improved. The apartment requires maintenance.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Property was clean. Kids appreciated having board games. Pool was great. Peaceful surroundings.
Could have used extra dishwasher pods and toilet paper, as we are a family of 5, but would definitely stay again!

We have an easy and honest communication with Sophie, she was always friendly and proactive.

For the most part we enjoyed my stay. although not much to do in the area, everything was way over priced and not really worth the money you would be spending. Definitely wish we got a place in montreal instead.

Unfortunately, our stay at this listing was quite disappointing and not worth the price paid. Although the house is beautiful and location is great, we encountered several issues which were not rectified correctly and caused major disturbances during our stay. The biggest issue is that there is a severe water/water tank issue with the house. During our 3rd night, we lost all water access in the house, with no sink taps, showers, or toilets working. Even after sending 2 technicians to look into the issue, the problem was not resolved. The water would come back on for about 30 minutes then continue to repetitively run out and shut off. This continued to happen for the whole day and the next day too, up until we left. Also, their customer service was not the best. One worker in particular, named Dominic, was very rude, unwilling to help and kept hanging up the phone during our phone calls, which was extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.

Bonjour, nous avons adoré notre séjour, la maison répondait à toutes nos attentes, sauf une chose nous n’avions pas l’air climatisé! Puis c’était un critère très important pour nous, la plupart étions âgés.
Notre séjour était du dimanche à aujourd’hui du 16 au 20 juillet! En arrivant dimanche c’était extrêmement chaud et humide, donc nous n’avons pas bien dormi la première nuit! Nous avons appelé les gens de la location ils ont été à l’écoute, ils ont envoyé quelqu’un tout de suite. C’était effectivement défectueux, le lendemain il y a eu quelqu’un et la thermopompe était brisée! Il n’avait pas les pièces.
Donc nous avons séjourné sans air climatisé et avec les ventilateurs ! Quelle mode de compensation proposez-vous ou offrez-vous en vous remerciant de votre attention!

Very nice

Le chalet était très propre, coin très tranquille, mauvaise connexion internet surtout quand le beau temps n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Cozy place to stay slopeside. Steps from restaurants and shops. Good for a couple but tight for more than that.

The home was dirty upon check in (eg crumbs in cupboards, hair on floor, mould all over shower curtain, garbage strewn about properly).

The condition of the property was terrible. Rundown and the deck was literally covered with plywood covering up gaping holes in the wood. Frankly, an unsafe condition.

The property manager replaced the mouldy shower curtain after 2 days of complaining, fixed the broken BBQ, but did nothing about the overall bad conditions or the deck.

L’endroit était très bien situé. A proximité de Tonga lumina a quelques minutes de marche ainsi que des restos. Le loft était très moderne et au goût du jour.

We just stayed here with our infant and dogs. The view was amazing, space was clean and comfortable and hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Gute Lage, 10-15 min zu Fuß zum Village piétonnier Mont Tremblant. Schöne Anlage mit gemeinsamen Schwimmbad & Whirlpool. Parkmöglichkeit, gepflegte Wohnung, Möglichkeit zum Waschen, gut eingerichtete Kitchenette, kontaktloser Check-In.

Wohnung war mit 1 gr. Doppelbett, 1 kl. Doppelbett & einem Schlafsofa gemietet und bezahlt. Das Sofa war aber kein Schlafsofa und entsprach nicht den Angaben, die Les Manoirs selbst in der Bestätigungsmail und dem Wohnungsmanual gab. Wir reisten mit 2 Teenagern, das kl. Doppelbett ging nicht für 2, das Sofa wurde zwar dann zum Schlafen genutzt, aber es war wirklich am Limit. Als Reaktion auf unseren Hinweis kam von Les Manoirs nur ein “we are sorry” – nicht echt kundenorientiert.
In schriftlicher Kommunikation mit Les Manoirs sowie vor Ort erfolgte ein mehrmaliger Hinweis darauf, welche (hohe) Strafe zu zahlen sei, wenn etwas verloren oder kaputt ginge. Ein Hinweis langt – man möchte vor Ort nicht ständig mit der Nase drauf gestoßen werden, so fühlt man sich nicht echt willkommen.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr schön, aber die Schlafsituation empfanden wir doch als sehr störend, zumal anders zugesichert.

Property was well kept and cleaned. Host was responsive, communication was clear, and concise. They even dropped off some additional toilet papers and paper towels. Location of the property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Loved the fact that there was a den where we can hang out in the evening time feeling like we’re outside but also protected from bugs. Hot tub was a great amenity to use. This property is amazing for large groups as we were all accommodated during our stay. It’s spacious and minimalistic. Seamless check in and easy access. Spacious driveway that can park more than 4 cars. Great bonus for us we’re the heated floors in the washroom and my kids don’t like to wear socks. I highly recommend this Air Bnb spot to anyone!

Le condo est très bien situé, à quelques pas du Sommets des neiges. C’est très propre avec une belle salle de bain rénovée. Le balcon est partagé, alors des gens d’à côté peuvent se retrouver assis juste à côté de votre fenêtre de chambre. Attention à la marche lors de votre entrer, elle est haute et peut causer des problèmes. Veuillez noter que le matelas de la chambre a beaucoup d’usure.

The unit is nice and well appointed. The listing is accurate. But don’t expect any timely responses for help or enquires while there (especially after hours).

On the first day after check in, while preparing for the swimming pool, I was locked in the bedroom b/c the door handle (which wasn’t locked) didn’t turn the latch. Thus the door wouldn’t open. I emailed, sent a message through VRBO and texted back to the ph. number that texted me re: check in details at 8pm ish. I didn’t hear back for more than an hour. It took calling VRBO for 30 mins to try to get a hold of someone at Suite Spot. The answer to my VRBO message re: being locked in… “Hi Customer service answers untill 8PM.”

We ran out of garbage bags for our stay of 5 nights. I asked if we could get one more… “Hello Cal, A starter kit is supplied, usually good for 1 to 2 days.” We were staying for 5 nights.

Otherwise the place is fine, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. But don’t expect any help while you’re there.

Beau grand chalet en bon état. L’accès au chalet n’est pas des plus simples car la route était fermée. Nous avons donc dû prendre un détour assez long pour s’y rendre mais avec les explications des propriétaires, nous nous sommes rendus sans problème. Il n’y a pas de vue sur le lac directement du chalet. L’accès pour se rendre au lac est à environ 200m mais difficile d’accès pour les personnes âgées. L’unité d’air climatisé était défectueuse lors de notre séjour et malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres car il n’y avait aucun moustiquaire. Avec des températures extérieures de plus de 25°C, il faisait très chaud à l’intérieur du chalet et les nuits n’étaient pas très reposantes à cause de cette chaleur. Le propriétaire était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous avons passé un beau séjour malgré tout !

great stay right in the village, would recommend.

The location was perfect for our needs. We are Clublink members so we go to Tremblant to golf at Le Maitre and La Bête. Appreciated that the property has A/C as it was quite hot during our stay. Having access to the pool is also appreciated. The beds were quite comfortable.
There were a couple of things that didn’t work such as the TV in the basement area. Also there were no bags provided for recycling or composting, even though the complex has bins for recycling. The living room doesn’t have enough spaces to sit. The townhouse can accommodate 6-8 people but the living area only has seating for 4, the setup doesn’t make sense.

The apartment is situated a short drive to mont blanc station and old town, which was ideal for walks and local amenities. There is a lovely view from the patio. Sophie was very responsive and helpful, providing a little guide book for the area. We had an enjoyable stay here.

They only provided the code to access the door of the condo, but not the front door of the building. Customer service on the phone could not help and kept giving incorrect instructions, then blaming me. They couldn’t figure it out, and I had to leave without checking in to attend an event and come back later.
Once inside, that night, we discovered that the air-conditioning unit was leaking and had drenched the living room, floor, blankets and sheets, as well as the couch. air-conditioning could not be turned on without it leaking excessively during a heat wave.

The property was great, modern, clean, great layout and well fitted kitchen. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. Underground parking was good. Good location with complimentary bus service to village and beyond, all the way to Tremblant village.
The curtains in the bedrooms were sheer net and completely see through. One of the bedrooms looks over a balcony with doors that provide access to the property from the communal path at the front. I did not feel safe or private sleeping in there. When we arrived at the property the smoke alarm was beeping like when the battery needs changing. I reported this immediately but it was not repaired until our last night at 10 o’clock. We therefore had to put up with the smoke alarm beeping loudly for two days and two nights. Not fun. The other issue we had was the post code in the welcome text was incorrect. I used this to set my sat nav and ended up 75 miles away from the property. There was a link in the text to a more detailed description and the correct postcode but I didn’t think I needed to check this as the text should have contained the correct information. Because of the longer journey I arrived in the dark and finding the key box and key was like some sort of escape room game. The lock box is not labelled and does not look like a lock box and it’s fitted above all the other lock boxes so you don’t notice it is actually a lock box too. Luckily another guest helped me because there was no one at the customer service number. Again, there were more details in the link sent with the welcome text but I had no data. It would have helped if the lock box was labelled like the others.

Overall the chalet is good. We had enjoyed our stay there. The area is beautiful. However, there were some hiccups. The AC did not work the duration of our stay. There is no fans in the bedrooms. So it gets pretty warm. Fortunately, it rained 2nd day and we were able to survive.
There were some issues with water being off on 2nd day. It took few back and forth for us to identify the issue with circuit breaker. The property management is very prompt with communication.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

On the lake, views are nice
Hosts are horrible. Property managed by a company and the house has AC that doesn’t work. You call them multiple times and they don’t even know what’s in the home. I asked for fans or somebody to fix the AC and their response was this is normal. Ruined our vacation.

The place was exactly as pictured although there were some issues with cleanliness. I’ll start with all the positives because there were many. The view was spectacular, & parking and entry were easy. It was centrally located to tons of fun things to do. The bed and couch were comfortable. The kitchen had enough pots/pans/plates/cutlery for what we needed to cook.
Things that need some work; the dish washer tabs don’t work well so many of the dishes had to be rewashed by hand. We stayed for the week and only had 4 towels, so thankfully we brought our own, because I appreciate a new towel mid-week. The duvet had staining on it upon check in and we sent it to host and she said she would check in with house keeping and circle back but never did. The baking pans needed more scrubbing as they were placed back with oil still on them. The grill needed a good clean and we decided not to use because we would have had to clean it prior to use. For the price of 167 a night, we give 3.5/5 stars.

Great view, location worked well for us. Close to everything we needed but far enough away to be quite. Beware of the bed room on the lower level. There is something that runs intermittently throughout the night. Sounds like a sump pump or something. Kept waking us up.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was always quick to respond if we had questions. It’s very close to the village and ski hill. I would recommend.

Not worth the price. It was Ironman weekend where the prices of accommodations are very high, but for a small 1 bed condo, it is not worth $325/night at all.
There was no toilet paper. We told the host, but they were very slow to reply and never brought any after telling them. The towels were also dirty.

J’ai adoré mon séjour à Mont-Trembant, j’ai participer au Iron Man et l’appartement ce situait à 2 minutes à pied des pavillons idéal, l’emplacement était idéal, le stationnement était aussi fournit (difficile d’en trouver quand la ville est aussi remplie), l’appartement est un peu petit et il faisait un peu chaud mais c’est définitivement la solution idéal pour ceux qui viennent s’installer en vue d’un Ironman! Je reviendrais l’année prochaine !

Unfortunately we were expecting a nice view of the lake, however some trees just grew in front of the property and you can’t see the lake from the house anymore. A part from this, we had a very nice stay, the house was nice and clean and the area was very peaceful. We were able to work remotely from there with no issue.

The location of this Condo is its major selling point. Super close to the main touristy areas. Just park your car and get on foot to explore. The listing is a bit of a squeeze for 4 people. It’s ideal for a max. 2-3 people in my opinion. Sophie communicated well through the app and answered all of my questions.

Bel endroit pres de tout les emplacements ..manque de papiers hygienique ,le matelas de la petite chambre est a changé car il est en pente et craque de partout une des couvertures d’un lit etait taché de moutarde 🙁 mais l’endroit est bien située beau grand blacon et toutes les commoditées etaient présentes!

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Well furnished for our needs. The only downfall was there was no view of the mountain or city from our room. We stayed in an off-season time frame. We did not see hardly any other guest. We were wondering why you did not set us up in accommodations that had a better view besides the basement.

Comfortable beds. Appliances need some love. Overall ok but a little outdated

L’emplacement est bien et le condo très bien en général. Les lits sont très confortables. La majorité des prises ne fonctionnent pas dans la cuisine et à quelques endroits dans le condo.

We have mixed feelings about the chalet. While the overall experience was nice, we found several things that were broken upon our check-in and should have been caught by the property management when they were preparing for our stay. The most shocking was one the bedroom door on the main floor was off it’s hinges and the door cannot be closed. Although Suit Spot did send someone to fix the problem it caused my friends to have no privacy whatsoever for the first 2 nights.
I would highly recommend Property Management does a thorough review of the chalet each time before guest check-in to ensure everything is in working order.

Emplacement excellent, condo confortable et conforme au descriptif, indications claires pour arriver et quitter les lieux.

Nette amélioration requise en ce qui concerne le nettoyage de la poussière, incluant deux endroits assez évidents comme le meuble TV dans le salon (les télécommandes de la télé étaient pourtant posées dans la poussière du meuble…) et la salle de bain (décoration au-dessus des toilettes) : l’accumulation était visible. C’est d’autant plus dommage que le reste de l’appartement semblait propre et accueillant.

Malgré le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de jaccouzi comme annoncé, l’emplacement et l’appartement sont agréables.
Le prix est trop élevé a mon goût pour un appartement seul sans options hors saison.

Annoncé un bain a remoue jaccouzi ( pas de date de fermeture donc par défaut ouvert) nous avions loué cet appartement principalement pour cette option.

The location was good and the view from the patio was beautiful. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
The photos showed actual curtains in the bedrooms which was not the case. The sheers did not keep out light or offer privacy which was especially disturbing considering that the bedrooms had large patio doors facing a walkway. The garage doors were broken and there were no parking passes as promised. The renovations on the floor below were very loud and ruined most of our days.

Le stationnement sous-terrain permettant d’accéder à l’espace réservé sous le condo, qui peut être à une certaine distance de l’entré de la propriété, facilite grandement la manipulation des bagages. Excellente communication avec l’agence. Superbe endroit!

The Airbnb itself is great, perfect location and great structure. I’d just recommend a better mattress for the bedroom and a bit more cleaning. Other than that, great experience!

Grande proximité du village et des pistes.

Location is very good. Very close to the centre-ville, and the base of the mountain.
Communication was superb. Fast replies. Very easy.
Cleanliness was a down-side, unforunately. The sofa-bed had debris/crums on the mattres, the toilet was unflushed, the blanket for the sofa bed smelt of cigarette smoke. Feedback was well received, and someone was sent to rectify. Still, it was not in line with our expectation upon arrival. Especially given the fact that a 90 Canadian dollar cleaning fee was charged – excessive and from our point of view and sufficient to clean the apparment 3 times. Despite the high fee, you’re asked to take out the trash and clean the dishes…
All in all was okay, but probably would look for something else next time around.

Everything was wonderful, just that hot water would run for a few hours before it running out and refilling the hot water tank. It takes about 5-6 hours to get hot water again. Other than that, a beautiful place.

We found the unit very well equipped and comfortable. the location was excellent for access and although it isnt really ski out or ski in it is only a short walk away.

Overall the place was great. We had a little confusion with the parking situation. If you have a car top ski carrier you will not be able to park in the underground garage. We had to take ours off. The top of the bed frames could have been dusted/vacuumed as they weren’t super clean. I think the cleaner might have been in a hurry? They left a cleaning solution on the fridge surface. I wiped off and it was fine. My only other thought was the outside light shined bright at night into the bedrooms, the shear curtains weren’t super helpful for keeping it out.
Location to ski in/out was great.

The condo is small but smartly furnished so that it was sufficient for our family of three to enjoy our stay. The location is great as it is right next to the village and to the ski path.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. Someone always responded to our needs. The parking lot area was extremely treacherous but that was due to the weather and maintenance not due to this management company. They did come sand the stairs after we reached out which was helpful. We didn’t except how steep the driveway was and it was hard to unpack the car due to conditions of the parking area and stairs. The deck area wasn’t shoveled but we didn’t use it anyway. It would’ve been nice if there were directions on how to “ski in or out” since that is how this condo is advertised. It was a short walk to the village area which was convenient. Overall we loved our trip.
