We enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. Someone always responded to our needs. The parking lot area was extremely treacherous but that was due to the weather and maintenance not due to this management company. They did come sand the stairs after we reached out which was helpful. We didn’t except how steep the driveway was and it was hard to unpack the car due to conditions of the parking area and stairs. The deck area wasn’t shoveled but we didn’t use it anyway. It would’ve been nice if there were directions on how to “ski in or out” since that is how this condo is advertised. It was a short walk to the village area which was convenient. Overall we loved our trip.

Super séjour je vous recommande cet espace ! L’endroit était propre. Localisation parfaite pour accéder au village, on est à quelques minutes de marche de la gondole ! Stationnement facile, directement à côté du condo ! Malgré la localisation centrale, l’endroit garde de l’intimité car face à un petit ruisseau ( ma fille de deux ans a vu passer un chevreuil à partir de la porte !) Nous y avons été avec nos 2 enfants (2ans et 4 mois) . C’est faisable mais serré (il faut être prêt à bouger les meubles au courant de la journée!) On y est mieux à 1 enfant ou en couple.

Beautiful property. Would have been nice to have more info about the shuttle bus available in the condo. Also the place needs better lighting, especially in the kitchen ,- very hard to cook even with all the lights on.

One thing to note is that third room is not directly connected to the main unit

excellent location, 7 minutes away from the ski facilities and only a 15 minutes drive to the city center.
upon arrival we noticed the property had not been cleaned thoroughly). Also many small broken things here and there or stuff to be repaired left in drawers or closets, traces of dead insects on the ceiling.
And one major negative thing is the uncomfortable mattresses in the kids bedroom. The parents bedroom has a fantastic bed, but the kids bedroom needs an upgrade for sure. i never had my 12 year old complaining but this time he’d rather sleep in the sofa than in the bed 😳

Everything was very good except the appliances. They need fixing or changing. Fridge water and ice dispenser was broken, stove and oven were not heating properly so we couldn’t cook dinner.
Other than that it is well kept and was very clean

We had a lovely stay. Quiet and restful after great times on the slopes and the bustle of the pedestrian village. A bit surprised by the number of stairs from the parking lot up to the building. Shuttle bus was super reliable and convenient. Views from front bedroom and living room are great.

Nous sommes allés à votre condo au 211 chemin du Lac à Tremblant, le week-end dernier soit du 16 au 18 mars. La réservation a été faite par Stéphane Doucet.
En toute franchise, nous avions réservé à votre endroit par erreur. La personne qui a réservé a pris la mauvaise annonce! Bref, nous avons essayé d’annuler et tous ce qui nous été offert, c’est 174$ sur 881$. On n’avait donc pas le choix de conserver notre réservation. Ce fut notre première déception et non la moindre!
Ce fut très désagréable à notre arrivée de voir des vidanges qui jonchaient autour des conteneurs qui débordaient. Que dire de l’entrée tellement boiteuse à l’avant et tellement d’eau et de slush à l’arrière tout ça avant de monter 4 étages avec des escaliers qui étaient glacés à chaque palier!
Les comptoirs sont tellement usés et décollent de partout, les portes qui ne ferment pas! À peine les ustensiles suffisant pour ne pas toujours les laver! Le lavabo qui coule dans la salle de bain, des tablettes tel

it’s a difficult trek with the skis – about 0.5 km to the first lift. at the end of the day that half a kilometre uphill was tough, especially with kids.
the property was not well maintained; from the leaky faucets, to the dusty and dirty furniture, it was a very uncomfortable stay. the dishwasher did not function properly, the sleeper bed was not a sleeper bed, the spare sheets were dirty and placed in dusty clothes without cover – we struggled with this property.

Le chalet est vraiment bien placé mais ne vaut pas le prix pour si peu de temps passer à l’intérieur avec un Check in a 16h et un Check out a 11h.
Je recommande quand même pour la situation géographique et l’équipe de suite spot sont à l’écoute des locataires.

This condo met our needs for a few days of skiing. There are several stairs to the reach the condo . The overall stay was good. Communication with Sophia was prompt.

Definitely rent this property only if you have a car. We found the shuttle service inconvenient as they restricted the number of people who could board. Many times we had to walk to the Village (about 15 mins) as we couldn’t get a taxi. There is also no where to store luggage if you arrive before checkin or leave after check out which was really annoying.
It was clean and big enough for our family. They had games. You need to preorder fire logs! It’s a bit dated and the heating takes a long time to cool down or warm up but It’s a nice property for a weekend.

burnt out lights everywhere, very dim kitchen,stove lights not working, bearly see the food your cooking.

5 minutes to tremblant parking lots. Good unit and value for a couple or 2 friends to go back to after spending the day enjoying the surroundings. Sophie is a great host.

The bathroom sink drains slowly. May need a quick snake to clear. The blinds at the bottom of the loft were damaged. Could use a small vacuum to pick up. Overall we loved the place and the location. The neighboring unit with their new puppy were so friendly. My son and I had a great time and will return to Tremblant

Good value and 5 minutes away from the ski lifts.
The room came with a parking spot; no visitor parking spots thou.
Sophie the host was welcoming and very responsive. She was super helpful from day one, for example, we needed some extra garbage bags and they were delivered smoothly and quickly on the same day.
Prior to our arrival, the host offered to accommodate one our request that was unusual for the company running this Airbnb place., which was super nice! The host also offered to resolve one technical issue with the TV.
The place was pretty clean, except for a bunch of hair stuck in the bathtub drain. The bed sheet had a reddish stain in the middle, but we believe it was clean…
Overall, the place needs some updates. The sofas and kitchen are older, the cabinet door above the stove cannot close, and a light fixture above the dining table is too low; a glass part of the table is missing. Still, the pace is nice and offers comfort!

We were not aware the road leading up to the chalet could be so slippery which caused a few heart stopping moments not being able to get up the hill even on days where it was not stormy and with winter tires.

The house is big and accommodated our large family and it was clean. They are missing the small details. The house is cold in it’s decor. The fireplace wasn’t working, it is poorly built with towel bars coming out of the walls, lack of storage in the shower, only 1 towel per person was provided, hole in ceiling in 1 bedroom, 1 box of tissue in the whole house, no handsoap in 1 bathroom.

Hosts communicated clearly and proactively. Would have been more convenient if check-in was a bit earlier. As described in listing.

Overall this is a great place to stay for skiing Tremblant. The place is showing its age a bit and needs a few minor repairs. It is also quite small, especially the kitchen. It is however very close to the ski hill and has a beautiful view of the mountain. Sophie was also an excellent host with quick responses and helpful info about the area. We had a great stay and plan to return.

Close to Tremblant ski hill. Excellent room with new decor. Great space for skiers to organize clothings/ski equipment.
Technically not really meet my expectation of ski-in ski-out. It is very close to the hill at a walkable distance. But honestly I thought ski-in ski-out would be more like “put on skill” then “immediately hit the hill”

Bel endroit. Condo typiquement Tremblant. Gros plus quand on peut apporter notre chien. 🙂 Le condo convient très bien pour 2 personnes, pas 5. Les divans lits sont très inconfortables pour dormir, voire même s’asseoir. Le shuttle se fait bien pour se rendre aux pentes, et pour ceux qui veulent se réchauffer, ça se fait en ski (bcp de patinage). Très facile de communiquer avec l’hôte.

The place was clean and stocked with essentials. Host communications was exceptional. Loved having the car in heated space, tho do not use a cargo box for skies, the access is too low. Also, access is two flights of stairs from the garage. Unit is very comfortable and worth the price.

My cousins and I absolutely loved staying at at this AirBnb!
Pros:
– It was located very close to the gondola/lifts on the south side of the mountain. Definitely worth it for location alone!
– Very clean
– Equipment locker was close to the AirBnb
– Parking included (although bring a smaller car if you can, the lot is narrow)
– Perfect for a weekend get away of skiing/snowboarding
– Super cozy, loved the electric fireplace
– Friendly and helpful hosts
Cons:
– Sofa bed was small and lumpy, but I don’t have any back problems and I’m short so it was fine to sleep on for two nights. If you have an air mattress that might be more comfortable. Or simply don’t pull out the couch and sleep on it as is
– A little difficult to find if you are arriving at night and are unfamiliar with the area
– Bring a sleep mask if you need complete darkness to sleep
Over all a very pleasant stay, and would book again!

Stayed for two nights with a friend. We are of a certain « vintage » and selected the place because it was advertised as « ski in – ski out ». It is if you are okay with walking over uneven terrain, including outdoor stairs, while wearing your ski boots and carrying your skis. You need to walk to the Cabriolet to start your day, which for us, was a bit of a challenge. It would not be hard for those who are strong and capable. The unit itself is small and cosy. More than two people would be a challenge. Overall, it was a great ski getaway, walking distance from Tremblant ski resort, very easy and fun when your not wearing ski boots and lugging your skis about.

Location was as described and condo was in very good condition. Host left all essentials (soap, shampoo, etc…) and parking was closeby. Very good for ski-in/ski-out at Mont Blanc. Kitchen is complete and guests need not bring anything at all! Fairly easy to communicate with host via text throughout stay.
Cleaners were not done at check-in time and we had to wait until they finished. Host did not leave clear instructions regarding ski locker key location and garbage bin locations for checkout. Despite leaving the condo in excellent condition, host did not refund security deposit until we reminded them long after stay had concluded!

place is nice but small and if you go in winter it is an upstairs apartment that you need to walk up into. when we were there it was snowing which was great but no one bothered to clear steps into apartment and it was dangerous to get in and out of. might look for place on bottom floor if we did this again.

beautiful view of lake, spacious, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher
rock hard single mattress on one bed which we complained about – was then replaced with significantly better but then way too soft mattress.
leak in bedroom, from window, had obviously been present for a while as was evident from the state of the woodwork. carpet was wet through. reported to suite spot but they did nothing – didn’t even message, just sent cleaners round to prepare for incoming guests (I’m sure they were thrilled to find a very wet carpet?!)
only 4 coffee pods provided for 5 guests for 3 nights…. very poor
shower door in en-suite didn’t close properly
broken parts of towel rails etc in drawers – not high end attention to detail as expected
heating in bedrooms didn’t work
fireplace was broken – no glass and damaged grille
there was a panel on the wall by my sons bed, roughly tacked in place and coming away from the wall?
foisty smell on entering the property
incredibly expensive for a sub-standard property

Le matelas de la petite chambre est fini, dormir sur le divan pour deux adultes pas confortables. De plus, pour 6 personnes ils manquent un divan dans le salon pas assez de place et pour ce qui est des stores dans le salon tous le monde peut voir à l’intérieur donc pas super pour le premier étage car aucune intimité. De plus, pas assez de couvertures pour 6 personnes.

We had a great stay! The chalet was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, including the pullout couch! The village was a very short walk and very doable!
If skiing, I would recommend walking with your winter boots on to the hill, and paying 5$ fee for a locker at the bottom of the hill for your shoes instead of walking to the hill with your ski boots on!
Would absolutely stay again! It was perfect for our group of three couples!

First, we were sent to the wrong address. So I had to call to ask what was going on and I was then advised of the correct address. We had to pack up all of the stuff that we had already unpacked…. Not a great start.
When we arrived at the correct address and unpacked our stuff, we found out that the electric blinds in one of the main bedrooms didn’t work. Again, I called to ask them to send someone to fix the blinds. That never happened and I ended up spending time fixing the blinds myself so that they would go up and down again…. Frustrating to say the least….
And finally, they had no cups in the kitchen. They also had no pots for cooking. Again I had to reach out and it took a couple of days before we had a workable kitchen. When I asked for some form of rebate for all of the inconvenience, my request was met with radio silence. Still haven’t heard anything from them. The location is great but I wouldn’t go back to this house.

This information is automated and therefore consistent. Regarding the blinds, we did indeed call a technician upon you informing us it was not working. Unfortunately, during the holidays they were not available for a same day service call, but we are glad to report the blinds are now all fixed and running properly. Regarding the kitchenware, we are also glad to report that we were able to deliver a full new set to you within two hours of your phone call. Unfortunately, the stay was not up to your expectation, but we always strive to be better and can confirm that all issues have been resolved. We do appreciate the feedback and hope to have you back in the future to exceed your expectations.

For a family of five this suited our needs. The chalet is quite old though and starting to feel rundown. For the price paid, I would expect to see some upgrades. Parking was very challenging. Their spot is squished in behind all of the recycling / garbage bins. Don’t bring a big SUV, I don’t know how you would get in. We mostly drove to the pedestrian village. The shuttle didn’t seem to be running often and with 3 little kids it wasn’t convenient. I was also surprised there was no information about the shuttle left by the hosts or any information (like a map) on how to walk from the chalet to the pedestrian village. We had to ask random people if there was a walking path. There was but it only went so far and then we had to walk on the road because the sidewalks were not cleared. Not a great thing with small kids. The chalet is quite peaceful though and set on the main level looking out into the forest. Overall it was ok.

1. No hot water. 3/4 guests not able to shower after a full day out

2. No heat in the bedrooms. Both baseboard heaters broken. Freezing all night

3. Water leaking all over the place from outside.

4. Entire property, stairs and porch covered in ice. One guest slipped and hurt herself. Heading to the clinic tomorrow now that we are back home. Possible wrist fracture

5. Asked for a log for the fireplace. So expensive!. I reluctantly ordered one to try and warm the place up. Waited 4 hours. Received an email saying they didn’t have any. Still waiting on a refund.

I wasn’t going to post this, but after emailing the management company and receiving zero reply, and zero apology. I don’t care anymore.

Paid so much for one night, we could have gone to another hotel in the village for 4 nights.

I could also mention the party upstairs raging until 5am, but technically… that’s not their fault.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Many more awesome places in Tremblant that actually care about their guests.

The place is not a 5 star it is run down and need to be updates. The bathrooms were disgusting. The kitchen was so old and tired, the rug was ripped and stained in manny locations. The photo were photo shopped for sure.
All this place has to offer is a good location from the ski hill if you have your own car, but that’s it !!
The alarm in the main hall went off for two days and no one came to fix … we call sweet spot and the alarm company it went off all day and night.

Nous avons bien apprécié le condo avec cependant certaines critiques constructives:
– aucune des trois TV fonctionnait durant nos trois journées de séjour;
– les prises de courant dans la cuisine ne fonctionnent pas toutes;
– nos places de stationnement étaient souvent prises par d’autres autos
– le garde-manger est occupé par des bouteilles de bière, eau gazeuse et autres condiments laissés par d’autres locataires nous laissant peu de place pour nos aliments.
Nous nous excusons de ne pas avoir sorti les poubelles. Les contenants extérieurs étaient trop difficile à ouvrir.

Overall I really like the hot tub and the view of the house. The billiards and the entertainment equipment were great. However due to the snowstorm the cleaning finished later than it should and I felt like because we arrived, the crew got a bit hurry and forgot to give conditioner to some of the rooms. Also, one of the room’s curtain wasn’t working. Even though we communicated with the owner and said he sent a technician, the curtain wasn’t fixed. The shower sink of the same room was also broken as the water kept leaking to the room below. I understand that because of snowstorm there has been increasing difficulties, but it would make me feel better if the owner could give an apology or at least show some empathy instead of not responding my messages after the technician was sent. I do think if there was no snowstorm, my experience in this Airbnb would be much better.

Suite à la tempête nous avons eu un accident et n avons pas pu nous rendre à destination …aucun geste commercial la totalité de la somme nous a été prélevé…même si le contrat était clair un peu d empathie aurait été la bienvenue

L’hébregement était vraiment bien situé; tout près du spa et du Mont-Tremblant. Par contre, quand nous sommes arrivées sur les lieux, le ménage avait été fait très rapidement, laissant ainsi une quantité de poussière considérable un peu partout, de la nourriture sur le plancher et les comptoirs, des taches brunes sur la toilette, etc. J’ai communiqué avec Suite Spot et ils ont envoyé des nettoyeurs le lendemain matin. Ils ont été très réactifs et le ménage était super par la suite. Avis à ceux qui dorment sur le côté: les lits en haut sont durs; celui du rez-de-chaussée est plus confortable. Nous avons tout de même bien apprécié notre séjour avec Suite Spot et les recommandons pour leur communication efficace et réactive.

Ce que vous voyez c’est ce que vous avez! Nous avons passer un très beau séjour de filles

L’appartement était propre et bien rangé. Cependant, il manquait de commodité. Par exemple, du papier parchemin pour le four, des sacs poubelles d’extra, du café pour la machine, des épices, etc. Sinon le localisation était parfaite.

Il n’y avait pas de bois de chauffage comme mentionné et par la suite ils sont venus nous porter un seul petit sac de bois très tard. Le lendemain nous avons écrit et aucune réponse (probablement car ils ne voulaient pas venir nous porter du bois). Nous avons reçu 2 messages textes très désagréables qui disaient que nous faisions beaucoup de bruit et que nous étions dérangeants et que des plaintes avaient été fait envers nous cependant lorsque j’ai répondu (ils ont répondu 1h plus tard…) et ils ont dit qu’ils s’étaient trompés de personne / chalet mais pas d’excuses . Nous avons dû laver toute la vaisselle à notre arrivée car c’était toute taché et ne semblait pas propre. Poussière retrouvée sous les lits et les divans ainsi qu’un sourie morte dans la salle de bain en bas à côté du lavabo. Pour le reste, c’était très bien, c’est un endroit calme à proximité du Mont-Tremblant, très spacieux et très beau.

Sophie’s a good host. She accommodated my requests and was very detailed about in her response.
To anyone reading this. The backdoor has a sequence to get locked. Although there’s an instruction given, I do feel the sequence is wrong.

Bonjour, ce qui nous a moins plu : le luminaire de l’entrée est brûlé. La moitié des prises électriques ne semblent pas fonctionner. La bouilloire ne fonctionne pas. Aucun manuel ou feuilles explicatives pour aider sur quoi allume quoi,avec les commutateurs. Et en 2022, chaque lit devrait avoir des draps contour et sans trous.

Malgré la construction et les travaux en cours, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable

Le confort et le commodité du condo était très bien et très proche de tous les activités c’était super merci

Le service à la clientèle était médiocre aucune réponse même après plusieurs appels et messages envoyés nous avons dû chercher la clé pendant plus d’une heure aucun enseignement pour trouver le key box nous avons demandé des informations pour savoir où nous pourrions trouver du bois écologique pour le foyer personne ne nous a répondu comme pour la clé alors nous avons dû nous débrouiller et aller au village aller au village en chercher pour la clé j’ai dû faire le tour de la propriété plusieurs fois avant de pouvoir trouver key box vraiment déçu du service à la clientèle….

A nice 2 level unit in a good location, that is serviced by a shuttle bus. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the unit. There is also a good sized storage locker that allows you to lock up your bikes and other sports equipment. Also, the location provides convenient access to the pool and spa complex. It would have been nice if there were a few more amenities such as pool towels and an additional propane tank for the BBQ (had to buy our towels in St Jovite, and ran out of propane after the 3rd day). Overall, however, I would definitely recommend the unit for a summer or winter vacation.

Condo was clean and well stocked except for ice cube tray, larger mugs, sink plugs and dish pan. Everything functioned well except for fridge leaking onto floor. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that there was no path to the village and no safe way to walk along the road. Also the construction disrupted the view and was noisy at times.

Très bien situé et propre. La cuisine est un peu désuète, mais fonctionnelle.

A l’arrivée nous avons senti une odeur forte d’urine. La laveuse ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le frigo coulait. Les petits matelas sont fini et je ne parle pas du chantier ( beau paysage).

L’appartement est très bien situé avec une superbe vue sur le lac, l’accès est facile et la communication fluide avec Sophie qui nous a même envoyé un guide touristique!
Il nous manquait une serviette et elle nous a été amené très rapidement. Le seul soucis que nous avons eu est avec la laveuse, elle a chauffée pendant le lavage et s’est mise en sécurité.. On ne vous conseille pas de l’utiliser. Mise à part ce petit problème tout s’est bien déroulé!

Tres bel emplacement, tres beau chalet et une belle propreté! Sauf si vous comptez etre plus que 8 a dormir, ne vous fiez pas sur les lits simples car c’est pire que dormir sur le plancher. A ce prix la, ca serait agreable avoir une alternative plus confortable pour tous.

Overall the place was amazing! But a few things fell short of expectations, for example:
The fire place was not hooked up and didn’t work (main piece)
The BBQ propane tank was empty
Ants and spiders were running wild
Random marking on the walls and broken corner glass table.
However the check in staff was amazing and I look forward to booking with you again!

The condo is well located. There is great bbq area w/ a gorgeous view. We were in 4 and we didn’t realized it was a one bedroom condo and a sofa bed in the living room – it is a small condo for 4 people, but it worked well.

The experience with this stay was generally good despite some hiccups in the check in process and a a few other minor details. Not sure why the condo doesn’t upgrade the parking access to code access…using a physical key created a number of challenges. Generally a good location not too far from the village. The condo is as seen by the photos – adequate but some of the amenities needing upgrades/repair (stove, patio door). Ambiance is nice in terms of a cozy feel in the woods. Nice to have laundry and lots of extra supplies for cleaning and the quality of the supplies was great. Could use some extra bath towels. Communication with property management wasn’t overly positive unfortunately which put a damper on our stay and I would not book again through that company as a result.

Good communication beforehand made the arrival very smooth.

Très propre et bien placé

The pool was amazing!!! Great to relax after a busy day hiking/biking in the region. We would stay there again for the pool alone, but the place was overall a great discovery. Comfortable bed/pillows, good space. Parking is available free of charge and the condominium is really well-maintained and well located. The management team was VERY responsive by text and answered all questions we have very quickly.
The only comment we have is that the couch/floor could have been cleaned a little better, but it was not a dealbreaker. Other than that, no major issues with this place. We would come back for sure.

Very enjoyable week

Loved our stay at Mont Tremblant with Suite Spot! This was the perfect space for our family of 5.
Tons of towels, cooking essentials, and shampoo/conditioner/cleaning supplies.
Great common space as well, couldn’t ask for more!

The view was amazing from the flat and it was well-equipped. The only problem is that it may be difficult if you have elderly people with you as it is in the second floor but for healthy people it is amazing place to be in and highly recommended.

Points forts: condo spacieux, confortable et bien équipé, près du village, piscine chauffée et plusieurs lits. Points faibles: spa non fonctionnel dont nous n’étions pas au courant, passes de stationnement manquantes, drôle d’odeur à notre arrivée et aucune réponse à nos messages et appel lors de nos tentatives de communication. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de l’extérieur autant que nous l’aurions voulu étant donné qu’un peintre est venu refaire le balcon pendant notre séjour et que la rue était en travaux au même moment et donc bruyant mais sinon ça aurait sûrement été plus tranquille! L’endroit est bien alors c’est certain que nous avons été déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter autant de notre séjour étant donné les petites surprises mais si vous avez une meilleure chance l’endroit a du potentiel pour passer un bon moment!

Only two things, the refrigerator was not connected to a water pipe, so we couldn’t make any ice, no ice trays either.
The dryer made a such a noise, we had to leave the unit while we were using it.

Left 3 messages to property manager, once to owner, never got any response.

But we still enjoyed our vacation.

beautiful place and close by to the village. it’s a five minute drive with beautiful scenery. the place itself was bigger than I thought. spacious and very clean. recently renovated and apart from some creaking floor boards on second floor it look great. outside building does not to the interior justice. great spot for a Tremblant getaway. communication could use a little work but place is excellent otherwise.

Location is absolutely amazing. Just a few minutes walk and you’re in the resort village and at the bottom of the mountain.
Space is a bit smaller than we were expecting and some provisions like coffee would be appreciated so we didn’t have to go out and buy our own.

The pics in the advertisement were wonderful .The condo sleeps six, but only has 4 wine glasses and a few water glasses. The outside patio set only had 2 chairs..The downstairs main bath self locked….one of us was locked in the bathroom until rescued by the others upon their arrival. Not fun. Upstairs toilet was running. Secondary beds looked nice but very hard and uncomfortable ( master bed was fine) Remotes had no batteries and it took management a day to supply….. And then they only delivered 3 batteries. No instructions for use of tv, Netflix, etc. No way to turn off air conditioner. No instructions given

The place is great, but you would think for such a nice place they would maybe invest in some better toilet paper. One ply (or whatever that was) is never appreciated.

The kitchen was well stocked with hardware, but for anyone going there beware there is nothing in the fridge or cupboards. No left behind ketchups or olive oil or anything. Salt and Pepper was really the only thing to be found in addition to the coffee corner.

Sophie was a great host! We had one issue that she promptly acknowledged. The location was fantastic with views of the mountain that is sure to bring back peace and calmness from the busyness of city life. It’s situated in the old village but only minutes away from Tremblant village. Furthermore, the bike trails were will definitely be back.

Proximity to the village. Pool facility excellent. Plenty of towels. Well furnished bathroom with shampoo, body soap etc…
There was no light outside, there are steps to access the door, could not see and I had a heavy fall. Also since there is no light outside, we can not see the door code. Keurig machine was not emptied, toilette bowl inside was not cleaned. Small towels, Water pressure in the shower was weak. Maybe supervise the house cleaning people and process.

Great rental and would recommend to anyone staying in Mont Tremblant for skiing, golf, or leisure. Thanks!

Large condo with nice furnishings. Balcony and BBQ lovely in the summer, as is the wonderful pool complex. Free shuttle service to the village available (we just drove and used the free car parks). This location isn’t right in the village, but it’s very close. Beds are wonderful, kitchen well stocked.
Property was quiet dark, and needed some brighter lights!

Just okay. They gave us early check in, which was wonderful but when we got there, we had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning someone else’s mess. Floors were gross, bathroom and kitchen had hair and crumbs throughout. When we reached to the hosts, their response was “thanks for reporting” and we never heard from them again. Set us off for not a great trip overall. Pool was great, nice and heated. Nice little park for kids but overall not somewhere I would book again, or for young families in general.

The unit seems past due for renovation. Dings, dents, scuffs, dry rot on the patio etc. We paid A- price for a B- unit. (found dirty pans with the “clean” dishes 🙁

Beau petit condo, cosy et très bien placé, avec tout ce qu’il faut au niveau équipement, et une vue magnifique. Sophie est très facile à contacter et répond rapidement.
Les seuls bémols sont l’humidité constante et le matelas du sofa-lit qui aurait besoin d’être remplacé car on sent chaque ressort.

The location and environment of this condo is excellent. The kitchen dishes cups , glasses and cookware are very adequate.
The disappoints were the carpets are very badly stained and dirty. I would not have stayed in a hotel had it looked like this . Also lacking are face cloths as mentioned in a previous review and not addressed. The lack of any tables in living room and poor quality furniture makes sitting very uncomfortable , also previously mentioned in a review. The bed for us was like a board, maybe a quilted mattress cover would help this .

Everything was very nice and clean, the only thing is the bed was not very comfortable.

Very nice place, private patio and is quite at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in Mont Tremblant. Lovely little apartment with full kitchen, pull-out couch and comfortable beds. Loved the beach access, pool and hot tub. The only drawback was the multiple stairs to get up to the unit, and then additional stairs as soon as you enter the unit. Would stay in the complex again, but on lower level 🙂

Great spot to getaway with the family! We loved the pool and beach access and condo was clean and as advertised.

Great location, and hosts were very communicable.
Hair dryers tripped the breaker and shut off power in the apartment.
Using the A/C would sometimes trip the breaker.
When the A/C didn’t trip the breaker, it would not blow cold and the unit was very hot and we sweat all night trying to sleep

We enjoyed our stay at Sophie’s. The place is well-furnished and has a good view from the living room.

Good location within walking distance to the pedestrian village. Condo had 3 tv’s but only one tv had a cable receiver box. Suggest providing a chrome cast box and tv access in bedrooms. The main couch/hideabed was not comfortable and needs to be replaced.

The garbage bins are far the cottage so the animals don’t come bother the guests and make a mess with the garbage, we call this “pure logic”.

incredible views of the lake, great location, comfortable and clean. if you have heavy luggage, be ready to climb many stairs.

The suite definitely has room for improvement. Please note I’m not trying to be negative, but you asked for feedback so here is a list of things we felt could be improved.
There was no air conditioning, which we were surprised to discover during one of the hottest weekends of the year. I assume the VRBO listing does not say the unit has a/c, we just assumed it would.
The hot tub didn’t work at all and the pool was dirty. Of all weekends of the year, Ironman weekend, these two things needed to be in good working order. That was extremely disappointing, as well as embarrassing since we invited our daughter, who participated in the Ironman, to use the hot tub after the race.
There were 2-3 large and disturbing soft spots in the floor in the main hallway that caused us to lose our balance repeatedly.
We didn’t have enough towels. One hand towel and one face cloth is not enough for 2 people for 2 nights.
The bed was very small and uncomfortable. The night stands were pathetic little crates.
The outside door was difficult to lock. I’ve never seen an electronic lock that didn’t lock automatically, but this one didn’t. Some keys needed to be pressed on the keypad to get it to lock, but even now, I’m not sure what the required sequence is. I do know that at least the first time or two we left the unit, we returned to find the door wasn’t locked.
The email you sent did not identify the wifi network we should connect to. Luckily the wifi router‘s id was on a sticker on the router, along with its DEFAULT PASSWORD. The default password worked, the one you provided didn’t.
It would be great if the unit had a cookie sheet and some trivets to put hot things on when removing them from the oven. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped.
I failed to see any point to the pool pass. It was not required to access the pool area, it could not be used in any way to access the pool area and many people were entering the pool area without a pass.
I’d suggest / request some sort of paper parking pass or other arrangements be made available so that we could have used the visitor parking after checkout on our last day.
The unit should have at least one suitcase stand.
The shower curtain was a dollar-store shower curtain liner, not an actual shower curtain

On the upside the unit’s location was great. It was also very large and spacious.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay in this unit again but would consider similar units if they had a/c.

Nice space in a great location with a gorgeous view of the lake. Couple of things to keep in mind. In the summer, this unit gets very hot as there is no air conditioning (2 fans are provided though). Other thing is the you can hear the footsteps of the people above as this is a lower-level unit.

L’endroit est bien situé, la vue est belle de l’endroit ou nous étions et le condo est identique aux photos en ligne. Les lits étaient confortables et les produits de bains agréables. C’est un endroit tranquille, nous n’entendons pas les voisins.

– Les inclusions sur les sites ne sont pas claires, nous pensions qu’il y avait une piscine commune mais il n’y en a pas.
– Il y avait une odeur de marijuana très forte sur le balcon extérieur malgré les pancartes extérieures d’interdiction de fumer sur les terrasses et nous étions avec les enfants. Donc nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse
– Notre hôte était très sec et ne semblait pas tellement soucieux de notre bien être
– La propreté était moyenne, c’est écrit 4 étoiles mais j’en donnerais 3, ceci pourrait être amélioré
– Le concept ouvert est joli mais ce n’était pas indiqué que c’est 1 seule chambre fermée car l’autre chambre est dans la mezzanine donc ouverte avec le salon et le RDC.
– Les stationnements sont très serrés à l’extérieur
