This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
