This unit is composed of 2 closed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room, a complete kitchen and a living room with a gas powered fireplace and smart TV. Ideal location – the pedestrian village and its restaurants, shops and activities can be reached in 5 minutes, by car. The condo is close to all main points of interest while being secluded enough to enjoy the quietness Tremblant also has to offer. The space itself is very cozy and comfortable. The condo was recently updated all while maintaining the Laurentian character that makes it so homely. Guests have access to the entire condo as well as our private outdoor balcony. Our interaction with our guests is up to them. If they wish to talk to us more concerning tips on things to do and see, it will be our pleasure. If our guest prefer minimal interaction, that’s cool too! Located in a friendly neighbourhood, this cozy condo is as enjoyable in the summertime as it is in the wintertime. It has so much to offer in terms of activities, restaurants and outdoor scenery. Restaurants in the Old Village are just a 5 minute drive, whereas restaurants at the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village are 6 minutes away from the condo. Different hikes and treks are accessible near the condo: Nez de l’Indien (5 minutes away), Mont-Tremblant (6 minutes away), Domaine Saint-Bernard which is perfect for walks and cross-country skiing (15 minutes away), Lac Mercier is also great for a walk around the lake or some cross country skiing (6 minutes away). The best way to get around is by car. Our condo has one free outdoor parking space available for you to leave your car. In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get to many spots in just 15-20 minutes. BBQ is only available from May to October Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
