Alessandro was an amazing host. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay at his place due to last minute damages, but he made sure that this roadblock did not ruin our trip/experience. He helped us find a different accommodation within the same area and with the same amenities/features. The new place he found for us was a bit more expensive but he generously paid the difference. Even though Alessandro wasn’t the host of the place we stayed at, he still made sure we were taken good care of. He was available 24/7 for messages which helped during this process of a last minute accommodation change.
