My family and I enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay in this charming chalet. The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows provided a captivating forest view, enhancing the overall experience. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful design included individual bathrooms for each bedroom and a well-appointed playroom downstairs.
Despite a hiccup with the downstairs heating, the responsive customer service promptly addressed the issue by delivering two portable heaters for our comfort. The pre-communication about the spa’s non-functionality was appreciated, and the owner’s proactive gesture of 15% off our next rental, as we requested compensation. Unfortunately, the sauna issue persisted during our stay.
While we might consider returning, we sincerely hope that all the mentioned issues, particularly the spa, sauna, and the heating, will be resolved for a more fulfilling experience in the future.
