Wonderful spot with great access to the mountain. We enjoyed our stay over opening day. Even though we couldn’t ski in and out (the servicing trail and lift weren’t open), the shuttle service is excellent and it’s a very quick ride to the gondola. The space is very comfortable and well appointed. The view is fantastic and private.
Alessandro’s communications were phenomenal, as other reviewers have noted. We Airbnb a lot and he was by far the most attentive host we’ve dealt with. He had firewood delivered so we could enjoy a cozy evening after a very cold day. Also, it’s clear that he has upgraded the furniture. The robes, one per guest, were a very welcome touch.
The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Also, he has a reusable K-cup so you can bring your own ground coffee rather than buying K-cups. I do recommend stopping at a convenient grocery store on the way in so you’re stocked up for meals (and drinks!) and don’t have to venture out. We enjoyed cooking in and having quiet evenings and really only ate out for lunches at the summit.
The heated garage with ski locker is a huge plus in the winter. Great place to stay with a wonderful host!
